User Responsibility

The user is responsible for how they use the app and for the content they create, save, or send through it.

  • The app must be used only for legal and permitted purposes.
  • The app must not be used to send spam, fraudulent messages, misleading content, or content that violates laws or platform policies.
  • The user must make sure that automatic replies are appropriate, accurate, and do not cause harm to others.
  • The user is responsible for reviewing automatic replies and AI-generated replies before relying on them.
  • The user is responsible for protecting API keys, backup files, saved replies, and any data entered inside the app.
The app provides tools for automatic replies, but it does not control how users configure or use these tools.

Use of Auto Reply

Auto reply depends on permissions, phone settings, supported messaging apps, and the options configured by the user.

  • Required permissions, such as notification access, must be enabled for some features to work.
  • Auto reply may not work if the app is restricted by battery optimization, background limits, or system settings.
  • Reply behavior may differ depending on the messaging app, Android version, phone manufacturer, and notification type.
  • The user should test replies and rules before using them in important conversations.
  • We do not guarantee that auto reply will work in all cases, on all devices, or with all messaging apps.

Rules and Reply Settings

Rules and reply settings are created by the user to decide when and how the app sends automatic replies.

Feature User Responsibility
Reply rules Create clear conditions, arrange settings correctly, and test them before use.
Saved replies Write appropriate reply texts and keep them updated.
Contact filters Review allowed, excluded, or blocked contacts to avoid replying to the wrong person.
Reply delay Choose a suitable delay to avoid unwanted or repeated replies.
The user should review reply settings carefully because incorrect settings may cause unwanted replies.

Use of Artificial Intelligence

Auto Reply Lite may provide AI reply features through supported external providers. When this feature is enabled, the message text, context, or instructions defined by the user may be sent to the selected provider to generate a reply.

  • AI-generated replies may not always be correct or suitable.
  • The user should review instructions and settings to improve reply quality.
  • The user is responsible for selecting providers and models and adding their own API keys when required.
  • Some providers or models may stop working because of quota limits, key issues, server load, or policy changes.
  • Data sent to an AI provider may be subject to that provider’s privacy policy and terms of use.
Do not rely on AI for highly sensitive replies without human review, especially in financial, legal, medical, emergency, or important decision-making cases.

API Keys and External Accounts

If the user adds API keys to run AI providers, the user is responsible for these keys and for any costs, limits, or account rules related to them.

  • API keys should not be shared with others.
  • Some providers may require a paid subscription, billing account, or usage balance.
  • Some free models may have daily quotas or usage limits.
  • The app may use available keys according to the user’s settings.
  • We are not responsible for fees, limits, errors, or account suspension caused by an external provider.

Backup and Restore

The user can use backup and restore features to save and restore app data. Backup may be local or through supported cloud options if selected by the user.

  • The user is responsible for storing backup files in a safe place.
  • A backup may contain important app data such as replies, rules, contacts, settings, and logs.
  • If Google Drive or another cloud option is used, storage and access are subject to the provider’s policies.
  • Backup files should not be shared with untrusted people.
  • Restoring a backup may replace or change current data inside the app.

Ads and Purchases

Auto Reply Lite may contain ads, in-app purchases, or subscriptions depending on the available version and region.

  • Ads may be displayed through Google AdMob or approved advertising services.
  • Purchases or subscriptions may be processed through Google Play.
  • Prices and benefits may differ depending on country, version, or available updates.
  • Some features may be free, while others may require a purchase or subscription.
  • Payments and refunds are subject to Google Play policies or the policies of the store used.

The app must not be used in illegal, harmful, abusive, or unauthorized activities.

  • Sending spam, random, repeated, or fraudulent messages.

Auto Reply Lite is provided as is, while we continue working to improve and develop it. We cannot guarantee that the app will work without errors or interruptions in all cases.

  • We are not responsible for reply interruptions caused by phone settings, battery settings, system changes, or restrictions from other apps.
