Backup and restore: Saving and restoring app data locally or through Google Drive when selected by the user.

User Responsibility

The user is responsible for how they use the app and for the content they create or send through it.

Use of Auto Reply

Auto reply depends on the permissions, settings, and rules defined by the user inside the app.

Rules, menus, and order forms are tools created by the user to organize how messages are answered.

Rule order is very important because the app may check rules based on their order. The user should review rule order and use rule diagnosis when needed.

Use of Artificial Intelligence

The app may provide AI reply features through external providers such as Gemini, ChatGPT, DeepSeek, Claude, and Grok. When this feature is enabled, the message text or instructions defined by the user may be sent to the selected provider to generate the reply.

AI-generated replies may not always be correct.
The user should review general instructions and rule instructions to improve reply quality.
The user is responsible for selecting providers and models, arranging them, and adding their own API keys.
Some models may stop working because of quota limits, key issues, server load, or changes from the provider.
Data sent to an AI provider may be subject to that provider’s privacy policy and terms of use.

Do not rely on AI for highly sensitive replies without human review, especially in financial, legal, medical, or important decision-making cases.

API Keys and External Accounts

If the user uses their own API keys to run AI providers, they are responsible for these keys and for any costs or limits related to them.

API keys should not be shared with others.
Some providers may require a paid subscription or account balance.
Some free models may have daily quotas or usage limits.
The app may select a random key when more than one key is added to distribute usage.
We are not responsible for any fees, limits, or account suspension caused by an external provider.

Backup and Google Drive

The user can use backup to save and restore app data. Backups may be stored locally or through Google Drive if selected by the user.
